Awesome monthly community events are held by staff and other community residents. One of the residents hosted a Zumba dance fitness event and it was super fun! Would highly recommend.

I am not a resident however I was visiting family and there was a Zumba event being held. It was so fun and very well put together. I love how it brought the community together to meet residents that live around you. The complex was very clean and nice. The pool area was beautiful and very family oriented. I give you 5 stars.

(Scroll down to read other reviews & they’ve had the same issues especially with water & noise) DO NOT & I mean DO NOT rent here!!!!! I’ve had my catalytic converter stolen right in the parking lot. They don’t provide cameras & just recently I’ve had packages stolen in mid day & the management won’t even send out a notice to be alert that packages are being stolen. I’ve had other tenants get cars broken into. Our mailboxes haves been broken into 3xs & there’s also people at night hanging around & sleeping where the trash bins are. For the money we pay here it’s not worth it. Plus they shut off everybody’s water 3xs a month saying always for repairs but without fail every month. And your rent check won’t be the same every month you can’t rely on that either. Trust me! I lived here for a long while & it’s going in the dumps!!!! Shadier people keep moving in here. It’s not a very family friendly place & if you want peace & quiet well it’s not here either!!! STAY AWAY TRUST ME!!!! People don’t last long here!!!

I enjoyed living at greenhouse apartments, I like there events and maintenance service, and management is super responsive and Kendra particularly so nice and helpful to tenants all the time. She doesn’t delay on helping tenants, the tasks which are in her control. Coming to the location is close to Target and have good walking pathways and 12-15mins walk to all grocery stores, restaurants and shopping outlets like kohls, Ross marshals. A very good walking pathways feels safe all the time, Overall it’s a great place to live.

My husband and I are truly grateful for Kendra who helped us with applying for our apartment. We were having issues initially with the online application and being able to submit payment. Thankfully Kendra took the time to walk us through the steps and we were able to complete everything. We are extremely excited to move into our beautiful apartment and start the new chapter of our lives. Thank you Greenhouse staff both of you were amazing.....
